Wow thank you so much this worked perfect. for anyone that wants to use this in the future. make sure to remove the "_SLIC" part from 3602F21_SLIC.fd and 3603F21_SLIC.fd and coping them inside sp45138 folder, overwriting the originals (slic 2.0) from 8/20/2009

Confirming that a simple change to the filenames of the two files, followed by copying and pasting them into the main SP45138 folder, and then simply running InsydeFlash.exe, which is also in the SP45138 folder, works perfectly with an HP Win 7 installation disk.
Dv5-1233se modded without any issues, now running Win7x64 smoothly.
