i've the asus f3sc but i can't change ahci help me! i have v209

I need a unlock at this Bios, because i Have know a Intel T9500 CPU inside , the bios find it as right,
But the Bios give not the full Power only 1.2 ghz...
Or a CPU upgrade request for the Bios.
Please help ... thx 4 it
