Hi everyone,
i've read a few posts and was wondering if you could mod a BIOS for me.
I was trying to run an Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6200(622ANHMW) in a rather newish HP Notebook with a stupid Broadcom 4313 without 5Ghz support.
The problem is a new survailance camera in the store beneath our flat which completly interfers with the 2,4 Ghz frequencies
Hardware-IDs of the current WLAN card:
PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_4727&SUBSYS_145C103&REV_01
PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_4727&SUBSYS_145C103
PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_4727&CC_028000
PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_4727&CC_0280
Latest "German" BIOS update from HP: sp54846.exe
I know that there could be problems with semibrick and locking the BIOS, but the BIOS battery can be accesed without unscrewing even one [censored] so i take the risk =)
Am i losing anything besided my updatet BIOS and the configuration when i remove the battery and flash into the factory default BIOS?
If you need anything else please feel free to ask, im dying to get this to work.
!Thanks in advance!
lol, "s crew" is censored
