Alienware m18x-r1 bios request area?

Hello.. I was wanting to know in what section could i request a bios mod on the alienware m18x-r1?

I recieved the 7970ms from dell and have them installed and they work but none of the drivers seem to work in finding them..
Im thinking its a bios issue.. on the note book.. and I was wondering if there was a way to set the sub sys id to that of the m18x-r2 and any thing else that would need to be done to make it easier for the ati install utility to be able to see these cards..
