i need to unlock the cpu options on my bios please , i dont exactly know my bios version so ill just give you some screenies

the acer webpage on my pc is http://us.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/drivers , i hope you guys can help me out here , im tired of this slow cpu and a new mainboard isnt quite an option at the moment :/
