That should be easy , google insyde bios recovery, there should be few methods. You don't need bootable usb, normal is fine, you need to rename your bios file to sone special name, again google and Andy's slic tool can help you also to find name.

Try this method first.https://www.bios-mods.com/bios-recovery/insyde-bios-recovery/ .

Download Andy's slic tool (phoenixtools) and open ypur bios file with it. Pop up window should tell you how to rename file for recovery. Let me know where you're stuck and I'll try to help. Im in same boat , but my situation is much harder.

You can unpack exe with winrar , 7zip and similar. Inside should be bios. Sorry not sure about name since I never did it for insyde , but I'm pretty sure extension has to be fd. So maybe FX64.fd is correct.

Ive extracted the file and it only has 4 files which none are .fd there all .exe and one .bat and i tryed with the donovan6000 .fd for my laptop renamed to FX64.FD and it doesnt seem to do nothing the pc sometimes stays on with a black screen but most the times it just reboots every 3 seconds
PS: i extracted the .exe file inside the .exe from toshiba and found the .fd files one is for windows 8 and one for 7 not sure the name changes though the win 8 one is F8680.FD and the 7 is F680.FD i will try ussing the names as is and then rename both and test if it works.

There are two Bioses W7 = F680.FD and W8 = F8680.FD !
So You have to use the version aligned to your Windows !
Then use PMT 2.59 and extract all Modules into DUMP folder
and get Recovery Name FX64.fd (extract Bios Region) and
use the Recovery File as Insyde normal !
Here You go for W7 - W8 Recovery Files :

let me know

Prepare an USB Stick Dos Fat32 Formatted and copy your Bios Recovery file into and
use Recovery Procedure :

- Performing the emergency flash:
- Shutdown the netbook (notebook)
- Remove all peripheral devices
- Remove battery, Remove AC power cord
- Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds (battery and AC power still out), then release
- Put the USB Memory Stick in the USB port
- Hold "Fn" + "Esc" and plug the AC power cord in
- Now press the power button (whilst still holding Fn + Esc).
Wait until the fan will run, then release "Fn" + "Esc" keys
- The fan will run for about 2-10 minutes and the USB drive activity LED will blink
- I think the netbook rebooted automatically. If it doesn't, unplug the AC power cord once the fan has turned off

The bios should be updated with the modified BIOS, and boot as per normal.
