Request Unlock Bios Packard Bell Ipower GX Q005

Hello, i have an Ipower Gx Q005 and the latest bios update :
Phoenix Technologies LTD Version PBG15.D20 according to cpu-z and i want to remove my old wifi card : Wifi Intel 5100 AGN and remplace it by this one http://www.amazon.fr/gp/product/B000P1TP...ls?ie=UTF8&me=&qid=1314559824&sr=1-6&seller=
I'm afraid with packard bell and his bios whitelist and i also want to unlock my bios to overlock my processor and i learned that unlock my bios could do the both.

I am still a newbie and i need help to do these things
