ECS 945GZT-M (945GZ/CT-M): CPU Support
#31

Do in BIOS Load Defaults, save and exit.
Boot in safe mode.
Make new TXT report.
It won't let me. The bsod arises the very next moment the user-mode operating system tries to switch CPU's multipler. So DOS tools work fine (even with multiplier set to max). Linux/Windows OS won't boot. Windows safe mode will boot, however as soon as I do something cpu-intensive (e.g. running CPU-z) a random BSOD appears.
If you want I can lock it to minimum multiplier and post a CPU-z report here.
It doesn't seem related to CPU's temperature.

UPD: Attached E5800 @ mod2 (BIOS SpeedStep was set to Minimum Multiplier)

I assume there is a possibility of these BSODs to be mitigated if the CPU voltage could be increased. However there is no such feature in this BIOS (nor among hidden menu options in its ROM file... Although looking at Strings set it seems there are some traces of such functionality)

So I can't help you.

@DeathBringer, I was able to run the system in Safe Mode and make a CPU-z report (I did this by getting a different, Costa-Rican E5800 which seems more stable...).

This TXT report hasn't necessary information. I think the reason is Safe Mode...
