Not possible the problem may be is Win8 (8.1) as doesn't permit
to run Universal Bios Backup !
I suggested to use a LiveUSB Win7 x32 (googling) and then run It
from the LiveWin7 Wink

P.S. All HP Bioses are Crypted by RSA and when are wrote into Eeprom Chip
became Descrypted so look into your HP_TOOLS hidden partition and will find
Latest bios present into your Eeprom and Actual too !
