I need some help with Acer Aspire 9920! I can`t use OS or DOS

Hello. I need help because I`m new in this "kind" of software. 
I have a Acer Aspire 9920g and when I press Power buton I see just blue leds on and display is just black. 
Sorry for my english!

I tried with win crisis to flash but nosthing.
Can anyone tell me step-by-step how to flash new bios?

Don't think it is your bios but your Nvidia 8600 video is probably defect. Very common issue with these laptops.
You can try to get a 9600GT 512Mb card (no 1Gb card!) and flash another vbios on that card. Then it should work
