Motherboard limited to 4GB of RAM (2 x 2GB)

Good evening, I have an old PC with 2 slots on the motherboard for ram. Unfortunately the limit per slot is 2GB. I would like to know if there is a way to increase this limit to 16 GB for example?
My computer is a Packad Bell - Imedia s1800
I have attached the bios.

I used AMIBCP V3.46. I found the value 4GB+ Memory Size for 0x0449.
I opened the file 9A3A1026.ROM with a hex editor.
And I got 9 results. Could someone help me on the value I need to change?
