This is the correct update. I extracted the executable file and there was a .rtf file specifying this update (version 3.10) for your motherboard. v3.10 updates the VBIOS.
Unfortunately, the tool I use to extract Phoenix BIOS images (AndyP's PhoenixTool) will not extract this BIOS image. I perform my edits on the extracted modules.
The error is "Not Phoenix/Dell/Insyde/EFI BIOS". This is definitely a Phoenix BIOS though. The following string can be seen in the BIOS image using a hex editor: "Phoenix Technologies, LTD 3.1012/13/2006".
I've come across this problem a few times before with some really old 512KB Phoenix BIOS images. I'm not sure how to solve it at this time. I will do some research, but do let me know if you come across a solution (something that allows me to extract the files from the BIOS image).
For reference, you can extract the BIOS update executable with Universal Extract. The BIOS image is the file named "3.10" within it.
