It is possible to unlock these version (advanced usage)?

Otherwise:
Its possible to replace with original AMI Bios?

Otherwise:
Its possible to modify the changes from "Updates the battery charging policy."?
After update, the switch between both graphics cards not work correctly. On most applications/usage scenarios the display shows graphical fragments, because the BIOS won't switch to the secondary RX 6600M card. A ugly solution is, to force with external programs the graphics card to an instant usage, that the secondary graphic chip needs more voltage.

I have the same laptop and I am running linux.
Since the last BIOS update the behavior when running an external monitor is terrible with artifacts and the cards crashing regularly.
After a crash I need to shutdown and load the bios before restarting or the rx6600m will not initialize on the next boot.

I tried extracting the latest ROM and then using AMIBCP to enable all the menu options and change them to USER but after flashing the modified bios there was no change to what was available.

Does anyone know how to make the Advanced menu show?

I'm happy to pay someone for advice or the modified rom.

Fortunatelly, there is a general method to do this. It's about HEX editing. Tied to finding the sequence: 4A10597B0DC0584187FFF04D6396A915.

The modification is applicable for the majority of Aptio 5 systems, including desktops. See figure.

This mechanics wont work, because its not the original AMI Bios UI. Hewlet Packard had build up a custom UI/ROM over these.
The "general method" is for vanilla BIOS Systems, where the manufacturers have only changed the visibility configuration.

In the mentioned links, the device is also not listed at any time - Here it says that it only works with the listed devices.

I see your point, but have you verified the information yet?

The mechanics provided worked for HP Pavilion 15-bc404ur notebook, which BIOS is, clearly, AMI. See its default user interface on the figure attached.

Does it look like the original one?

I tried a couple of ways to edit the bios and then re-flashed it OK but no change to what is visible.

I think it is because HP use a custom GUI over the the top of the text based menu system.

Something I have not tried to to change is the default loading option from the Graphic to TEXT but I have no idea what will happen and I am worried that the bios might not load or be visible at all.

I don't want to brick my laptop!

What, for example?

I agree with you.

But I think it's fixable.
Thanks to this posting, I have a starting point to explore the issue. I'm gonna find out how it happened that Advanced menu disappear from BIOS screen. Someday, when I have time.
It is known for sure that Advanced was available in previous releases and I will try to trace the code change that caused this thing.

The basic UI from AMI was overwritten by HP, i think.

HP has lovelessly put a new GUI over it, which is also noticeable in the individual menu items with the "Back" button. If you click on a menu item and want to return to the main view, the computer restarts completely.

In HP's own UI, there was probably also an Advanced menu, but according to research, this is only displayed if you use extravagant hardware components (for example, RAM with a different clock speed). With standard memory with 1600MHz or 3200MHz, this is probably not displayed, only if the RAM has different modes.

The same also applies to the CPU. My Ryzen 7-5800H is neither overclockable nor can it be undervolted. With other CPU's it seems to work here in the advanced menu, insbedonere with OMEN tower computers, with OMEN laptops this was probably disabled.

Version F.19 was released (See attachement).

On these version, i have extremely problems with graphical fragments because the power management was changed.

I think, the switch of graphics inferface of CPU and GPU wont work correctly here.
By default, the GPU will selected if the system need more ressources/voltages.
