Acer Aspire 7739G laptop. i need a modified BIOS. the processor works at 50%.
#1
my Acer Aspire 7739G laptop. the processor works at 50%.
The i-620m processor is installed. The CPU-Z program shows that the CPU multiplier can be 9-25. but it always stands at the 9 mark.
the previous Pentium P6200 processor could handle a multiplier of 7-16, and the multiplier was always 7.
the multiplier does not change even under load.

tried the program ThrottleStop_9.6
it allows to change the multiplier.
but it seems to me that manually changing the multiplier is incorrect.
i need a modified bios.

Do Load Defaults in BIOS, save and reboot.
Go to ThrottleStop's folder and delete file ThrottleStop.ini and run ThrottleStop.
Make a screenshot of ThrottleStop (main window) with running TS Bench.

So it's not BIOS problem. No mod can help you.
You need to find a hardware problem with laptop motherboard.
