s3 with acc problem on Biostar mobo

I was wondering if you guys can possibly share some light on this issue. I have a Biostar TA790GXBE with a BIOS problem that Biostar support says they can't fix. Basically, when ACC is enabled to unlock CPU cores, s3 and s1 stop functioning properly. All details can be found in this thread: http://www.rebelshavenforum.com/sis-bin/...776#000000
Is there anything you can modify in BIOS to make this work?

It is possible some option ROMs are out of date, can you POST us the BIOS version you want us to look at?
