AHCI unlock request for P5KPL-EPU

Hi,
I just bought new SSD just to notice my motherboard doesn't support AHCI. Is this motherboard one of those that with a bit luck it might be possible to unlock it or am I forced to use IDE mode?

After searching for a while I found many threads about P5K in general, but not this particular one, so I think it's worth asking. Heres some links:

Just to make it clear, this is not P5K/EPU or P5KPL-AM EPU, but in fact P5KPL/EPU.
If it's even remotely possible could someone guide me to right direction?

Did OP or anyone find a solution? Same thing, can't run my SSD in AHCI-mode.

Or could i just use some OS/Software-implementation/emulation?
