Gigabyte GV-N450-1GI GTS450 help!

i have no problem overclocking the core to 980Mhz but the memory won't OC over 960Mhz (3840Mhz GDDR5) since i have no voltage control over it,

i've attached the bios in hope that someone can mod the bios and raise the memory voltage so i can get to or past 4000Mhz
