Sorry, HW programmer only.

Can you please point to towards a somewhat cheap HW programmer that I can use for this project?

Thanks

i have T430 that need to have wifi whitelist removed.
below is the data:
current bios version installed : 1.16 (G1ET41WW)
download source from manufacturer:
http://download.lenovo.com/ibmdl/pub/pc/...uj07us.exe
currently installed wifi card:
currently installed wifi adapter: Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6205
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0085&SUBSYS_13118086&REV_34
below is the back-up bios saved using tools provided on the other thread.

I realized that flashing BIOS on T430 need to be conducted using hardware flash programmer, and i have the tool for that.

kindly need your help to get the bios whitelist removed.

thanks so much..

WL removed only
Try this: T430_G1ET41WW_NWL_ucupsz

Flash with HW Programmer!
Please post results.

Can I ask for a modded BIOS, the download link was removed? Or better, will you be so kind to mod attached BIOS and remove WWAN an WiFi whitelist? Thank you.

Hi,

I'm new here. My name is Sandro and I'm from Germany. The forum was recommended to me by a friend here. I need help and you are my last hope. I bought a Lenovo Thinkpad T430 Type 2351-BD3 and now want to install a different wireless card. Is there a bios mod for the notebook? The yes I needed to use a different wireless card. I hope I'm not asking too much.

Greetings from Germany and best times already, thanks

I can mod this bios to remove WLAN\WWAN check, but the mod can be flashed with HW programmer only. (T430, T530, X230 same ...)

I am looking to do the same.

Could you please tell me what hardware programmer to buy?

Does this work

http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEWEST-PCB6-0-EP...ltDomain_0&hash=item43c072a0b4

or if you can point to something that works that would be great.

Thanks
