i've got a question i do fix computers , usually more electronics , but this one is giving me a caps lock blink 1 blink pause 1 blink pause , usually for HP site they mention is cpu (but i know it isn't ) if it would be the AMD models usually would be a fault on the IGP chip , thats not the case as well , this is a intel machine , and it seems client made some mistaques when updating bios .

i downloaded the attachments with the folder insyde mentioned on the 3 page of this thread, and i donwloaded the latest bios on hp site for the model stated 2020ep , but the guy mention to rename the bios , rename to wich name ?im working on a mac to create this pen i opened the EXE file with the unarchiver and i could have acess to the .FD file (03385.FD) in this case this is my file , for what i've read , he mentioned to rename the usb drive to HP_TOOLS , and insert the bios one copy on current and another copy on previous , my problem now is , will rename the bios to wich name ?? thk in advance, i would like to try this before going further on the demantling and reflashing the bios chip with a flasher , like this would make me get time for outher machines i've got here to fix .
