I am currently incapable of modding most Phoenix UEFI BIOS images. There is a chance that BDMaster may be able to mod it, so you should try PMing him for help.

Ok friend,
I have to say that We haven't yet the AMIBcp Tool for your Bios, so not Unlockable yet,
but I hope We can get It as quick as to experiment !
Actualy You can open your Bios Original and Bios Backup using AMIBcp 4.55 !
Loo here the method to unlock AMI Aptio Bioses :
