Toshiba L30-113 (PSL33E) unlock menu request

Hi,

- Motherboard Manufacturer And Model:Toshiba L30-113 (PSL33E)
- Bios Type: PHOENIX
- Bios revision: 3.10 (currently using)
- Bios Link: http://support1.toshiba-tro.de/tedd-file...150302.ZIP

Please unlock hidden menus and options for this BIOS. it is an old one and maybe i can get something useful there

Also kindly advice if the FSB can be changed from 533 to 667? should I create a request in CPU Support Upgrades or else? is this a software or hardware limitation?
